Occupying Institutionality

The first session of this autumn season’s research colloquium will be hosted by IXDM visiting researcher Bernhard Garnicnig.

Individuals and collectives have developed various strategies and styles of Occupying Institutionality in artistic and activist practices. Bernhard will present a number of his own works and related projects by others with the intention of starting a discussion of these practices and their ambiguous intentions, qualities, surfaces and results.
