"Messy Studio”: Aquapolitics Along the Gulf Stream

As part of work derived from the Shift Register and Cycles of Circulation projects, Jamie Allen will present a brief input to the TBA21-Academy’s Aquapolitics Along the Gulf Stream “Messy Studio” programming. Entitled “What’s up?”, the upward streaming of the Atlantic will help frame flows of northern imaginaries in an increasingly liquid arctic. The presentation derives from Sitting On Top of the World, work done through the Shift Register project and now leading to current Cycles of Circulation research, earth-metaphorics, planetary change and geoengineering.
